We are very delighted that you have shown interest in our enterprise. Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the management of Leoprinting. The use of the Internet pages of Leoprinting is possible without any indication of personal data; however, if a data subject wants to use special enterprise services via our website, processing of personal data could become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no statutory basis for such processing, we generally obtain consent from the data subject.  


The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Leoprinting Limit. By means of this data protection declaration, our enterprise would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.


WHAT ARE THE 'LEGAL GROUNDS' FOR THE USE OF YOUR DATA?
According to privacy legislation, we have to say which 'legal grounds' we have to use your data. By personal data we mean: 

  • Name and address details 
  • Company name 
  • E-mail address 
  • Gender 
  • IBAN 
  • Information that you fill in yourself in an open field, such as a message in the contact form 
  • Resume 
  • Motivation letter 
  • Technical measurement data of the equipment such as IP address, MAC address, identifiers in cookies and your surfing behavior on our websites

FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT BASIS WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
The data will be used for the execution of the agreement concluded with you and for you to provide agreed services, products and information. This is the case with: 
  • Order & pre-order 
  • Delivery 
  • Return & repair 
  • Contact with our customer service  

In addition, we use your data to keep you informed, to inform you about current and future products or services and to allow participation in possible actions. This means that we want to provide all our customers with the best possible personal service, including: 
  • Reviews & customer satisfaction survey 
  • Contact with our customer service 
  • Visit of the Leoprinting website 
  • Newsletter & e-mail 
  • Personal advice 
  • Product specials 
  • Social media

We may also have a legal obligation to use your information, for example when we suspect fraud. And sometimes you have given us permission to use your data, such as when you sign up for the newsletter. We keep this neatly.

WHO HAS ACCES TO YOUR DATA? 

We only pass on your data to other parties if this is really necessary for our services. It concerns these parties:  

  • Delivery partners
  • Suppliers or repairers
  • Product support
  • Payment partners
  • IT service providers and parties that collect our reviews.   
Parties such as data management platforms, media and advertising agencies and research agencies make use of the data as we want to give you personal advice or show targeted advertisements, for example based on your interest in certain products.


WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED? 

We store your data in different databases. We always apply strict security measures. Your data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the exceptional case that customer data is transferred to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy is protected in an appropriate manner.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We do not store and use your data for longer than necessary. Then we delete all data we have from you. Or we use your data anonymously, because we need certain data for internal analyzes and reports such as the value of your order.

We keep certain deadlines, after which we delete your data. These are: 
  • We delete recorded phone calls by default after 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to keep a conversation longer. 
  • We delete inactive personal contact details after 7 years. After that period, we use your contact data only anonymously, for internal reports. 
  • Due to regulations concerning the tax declaration, we have to keep our administration with your invoice, payment and order data for 7 years. After that, we only use anonymous data for internal reports. 
  • If you have subscribed to the newsletter or have given permission to receive personalized messages, we will retain that permission. 
  • We retain data that we use to prevent fraud for a very long time. It will be decided for each situation which term this will take.

DO YOU WANT TO VIEW, CHANGE AND/OR DELETE YOUR DATA?
You are entitled to be obtain free-of-charge information concerning data stored about your person and, as the case may be, to correct, restrict the processing, enable the portability of, or delete those data. If you have any questions about how we collect, process or use your personal data, want to enquire about, correct, block or delete your data, or withdraw any consents you have given, or opt-out of any particular data use, please contact us directly using the contact data provided in our site notice. You may also submit a complaint to the responsible data protection supervisory authority. 

Unsubscribing from the newsletter is easy. You do this via the link at the bottom of the newsletter itself. Do you not want cookies at all anymore? You can also arrange that yourself. Read in our cookie statement how you can do that.
